      Opportunity for education if you take the initiative. Level III NICU, level I trauma center, and burn center.

      Cons

      Went without many times. Without enough staff, equipment, PPE. Getting floated to another unit to be helping hands is common.

      Pros

      You'll make some good friends. Incentives are great. Lots of growth opportunities. Good Cafeteria.

      Cons

      Horrible ratios. Toxic cliquey environment on some floors, not dealt with by management. Management is not interactive towards nightshift, they make little effort. Company doesn't care about struggles on the floor (apparent by the removal of Team Leads and AOs for financial gain).
