      My colleagues are conscientious, knowledgeable, and open to brainstorming about complex patients.

      Cons

      Management seems to think we are all lazy. All we hear about in every monthly meeting is how our productivity needs to improve. At the same time, scheduling goals are at odds with productivity and good patient care.
