      Pros

      I have consistently been treated with respect and appreciation at Premier Health. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. The overall atmosphere is collegial with great teamwork.

      Cons

      There are times when big decisions affecting the frontline workers are implemented without an explanation or rationale which would be nice to know. There are also times when the staffing levels become unsafe, though this tends to be the exception.
