Fair wages, clean environment, good coworkers

Cons

Premier seems to have difficulty managing money. Constant “restructuring” and getting rid of staff yet they continue to create executive positions. Management is completely unhelpful. Not enough direct patient care staff, way too many people sitting in offices.
