      Steady paycheck, great health insurance

      Cons

      horrific management from the top down, belittling, ignorant managers who prove daily they don't care about you, unrealistic work expectations and POOR management of COVID. I quit because they refused to even put hand sanitizer in common area. Really bad job at the beginning of COVID managing health and safety

      Nice people, doctors worked well with staff in my office. Good teamwork and acknowledgment of different strengths and supports of each role in office

      Cons

      Not like this at every office, rude interactions amongst offices and bad teamwork. Upper management only cares about doctors, couldn't care less about rest of staff
