      It was a steady paycheck

      Cons

      Lack of leadership from the most senior level executives to front line managers. In a span of a few years Premier's bond rating was downgraded twice. Closed a hospital to maintain financial solvency, and a constant wave of terminations (reduction of force). Sorry to say, sinking ship. Only the rats are left.
