      Great coworkers who support and help each other. System was greatly supportive during the start of COVID

      It sometimes feels those corporate staff making changes in effort are too distant from those actually on the floor

      Pros

      There is no one breathing down your neck so there is more room to work at your own pace.

      Cons

      The pro is also the biggest con, the lack of supervision is also due to poor leadership. There is little to no training at this position and there is a constant reminder of how little management cares.
