      Pros

      Most of the employees I have worked with have been super helpful in showing me where things are or when I don’t know how to fully do something they are always willing to help. Also, everyone welcomes me so nicely knowing that I am a float.

      Cons

      Some pcts i’ve worked with have gotten upset with me when I don’t know how to get somewhere since I am still new at learning where everything is. Also some nurses aren’t as willing to help when you need things and just tell me to ask someone else.

      Pros

      Coworkers are very helpful and welcoming. I am not afraid to ask questions, and I feel my questions are answered with knowledge.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of at this point is that there are some lack of communication things between HR and Management in the current job I am in .
