Nice work environment. Very clean and many amenities.

Cons

Management was not open to employees' input. Very Very authoritarian. Stop being in a mindset that someone is out to do harm to the company. Provided no support to employees to train them on what they needed. They just let you figure it out on your own. Documentation to equipment was out of date.

Great co-workers, great schedule, prestigious place

Cons

benefits were expensive, if someone called off they would still float people from your floors to others and you would have an insane amount of high acuity patients, which they say is ok because you have an RN to report to, but the RN has their own work load as well.
