- awesome coworkers (most of the time) - fun patients - AMAZING providers to work with

Cons

- unsteady/constantly changing hours - poor treatment by management - providers overworked and stressed They truly don’t care about your thoughts or needs as a person, they only care about their bottom line at the end of the day which is emotionally draining. I doubt I’ll work for premier again because of this. You’re treated like a number.
