      Love what I do, hate working for a huge company

      Pros

      I have been afforded the opportunity to grow in this company. I enjoy working for a catholic hospital and love my patient population.

      Cons

      Healthcare is changing, and in the last two years I have felt like a production worker more than a nurse. It's all about your productivity, not about the patients.

      Pros

      I work 3 days a week for full time. I work with great people. I love my job. Teamwork is great.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. I feel like I am getting no where with my pay. I dislike that it is impossible to achieve outstanding without breaking a leg. Maternity leave is only 9.5 weeks and then you have to take the rest off unpaid because they only let you save 256 hours of TOP.
