I worked with an awesome team, great benefits, and 401k match. Unbelievable physicians and practices.

Cons

Administrator is unprofessional and cannot control his temper or emotions. Has no clue what is happening with the CBOs accounts receivables. Always makes excuses for the constant rising accounts receivable. Doesn't hold management accountable. Promotes the people he likes that have poor skills so he can push them around. He talks bad about senior leadership and Premier in general.
