The people here were wonderful, teamwork was valued and my colleagues felt like a second family!

Cons

Visibility of management is poor and staff do not feel like they can affect change, as changes appear to be implemented without any input from the staff whom the change will ultimately affect.

The compensation is good and there is opportunity to work with committed competent professionals.

Cons

The hospital was recently absorbed into the Premier network and some of the changes make me think the new administrators have not been in direct care in a very long time, if ever.

love the nurses i work with, and the residents. the vacation time is good after you earn it.

Cons

not enough staff ever! no incentive for employees to want to pick up overtime. no perks for employees. management is horrible.
