      A few very nice do-workers.

      Cons

      Management in disarray. Work load tremendous and always increasing. No way to seek redress. No time for breaks. Often made to work overtime without warning, no life outside the company. Emphasis on quantity of work, not quality.

      Pros

      My boss is great to work for-is really flexible and supportive of work/life balance. I also appreciate the ability and opportunity to work remotely.

      Cons

      Unless you have a clinical background, it is difficult to advance. There is no real career track, guidance or direction.
