      Pros

      Appreciate the flex-time options for working. My supervisor and manager have been very supportive from the start. Really like the team I have been assigned to work with.

      Cons

      EPIC is a complex system so learning the various functions for just my position requires patience and many training sessions. A little slow going at the start but improves as time and experience lengthen.
