      Great place to work, if you have the motivation to work hard. Opportunities are there. You must constantly compete.

      Pros

      I like the opportunity to grow within the company. Some people say there is no way to move up, but try going back to school. Make yourself an asset to the company.

      Cons

      The benefits through the years have become more and more expensive, with less things being covered. It is more of a national trend, rather employer related.

      There is teamwork, it is a learning facility with opportunities to grow, continued learning is encouraged.

      It is difficult to transfer to another unit or specialty, nurses work harder than what they get compensated for.
