      Pros

      Pay is decent for this area. Benefits aren't bad. Coworkers are very good and most work hard everyday.

      Cons

      Management is rarely if ever in the department, typically only coming around if there is a problem brought to their attention or something negative occurs. Communication is practically non-existent, especially with management who don't appear to speak with each other. Policies are place but selectively enforced. Industry standards are loosely followed, and mostly only if it benefits Premier Health.
