      Pros

      Great work environment, very encouraging people in my home office and in the classes. I was able to connect with my fellow classmates and learn alongside them. My instructors have been noting but supportive!

      Cons

      If you have no medical background it takes a little longer for you to enroll in the "grow your own" program.

      Pros

      Everyone is super kind, genuinely most people are very nice. The pay is very competitive. The flexibility in some departments to work remotely. There is also flexibility in schedules in other departments. They have a very inclusive and celebratory culture for the most part.

      Cons

      There appears to be a pattern within certain operational roles that is contributing to a less positive culture and caregiver experience. Holidays, and expectation of some to still be available outside of working hours.
