      Pros

      This is the only company I've ever felt confident in recruiting for. The managers work in tandem with each other and not create internal competition. We have the best and most supportive culture!

      Cons

      Recruiting is always hard work but working for a company that has your back makes it much smoother.

      Pros

      I have gotten to float to various units due to shortages in staffing, which exposes me to more specialties and experiences. They typically don't give tou the heaviest assignments when floating to ICU, since I am an advanced care nurse. Float nurses and staff nurses are always willing to teach so long as time permits. Benefits are much better than before.

      Cons

      There are shortages and some days wear you out.
