I’ve had such a wonderful welcome since joining the company. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful. The environment here is truly supportive, and I already feel right at home.

Cons

There’s been a bit of a transition delay since my manager left a couple of weeks after I joined, but everyone here has been great about helping me settle in.

There is NO backing for middle management. The directors will tell you to enforce certain policies then tell the physicians and staff that they had no idea. They allow staff and physicians to verbally abuse other staff members. The directors will lie to your face and then when things go south, they will blame you enforce you to apologize for things you didn’t do in order to keep your job
