      There is the possibility of getting a union.

      Cons

      Pay is higher at Kettering. They make you pay for parking. Working conditions continue to deteriorate. Management is disconnected at best, hostile at times. People get open management jobs by knowing someone, not promoting those qualified who are already working on the unit. Chronically understaffed, but no open positions on the unit, or there are positions posted online, but those qualified people who apply never hear back.

      Down to earth employees and management. Everyone has been more than helpful in assisting me to further my skills. Everyone is very understanding and caring.
