      Pros

      I work 3 days a week for full time. I work with great people. I love my job. Teamwork is great.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible. I feel like I am getting no where with my pay. I dislike that it is impossible to achieve outstanding without breaking a leg. Maternity leave is only 9.5 weeks and then you have to take the rest off unpaid because they only let you save 256 hours of TOP.

      Quality patient care! I wouldn't go anywhere else for care.

      Cons

      Good luck trying to make sense of anything policy wise. Management is a joke. Pay is below average in the region.
