      Experiencing working in a Level 1 Trauma Center

      Cons

      Because it's a Level 1 Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital, they essentially have all the resources they need which means the techs don't get utilized as much as they could be. This is my personal con. I used to work at a regular ER (level 4) and I did pretty much everything and anything within the scope of a Tech and I loved it there because I was learning a lot from what I was doing.

      Good facilities. Dayton cost of living very reasonable.

      Cons

      Premier Physician Network (medical group) does not value their physicians. They treat you as contracted workforce.
