Collaborative workforce overshadowed by frequent layoffs

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only

Cons

Newly gone from a public company to a private company. Patient square way to involved in the day-to-day operations. The company is not the same and that is not a good thing.
