      Work Life Balance Flexibility in where I work (at home or in office) - Helps with managing home life with the little ones. Enjoyable work environment. Freedom to explore new ideas and implement new strategies. Freedom to organize team building activities/events and reward my team how I see fit.

      I really love working for Premier! We are reorganizing so that we can support and sustain growth. Change can be difficult, but I see the big picture and I am excited to be apart of it. Right now it the best time to join Premier!
