Premier Roofing pushes an aggressive, often unethical sales model that involves harassing homeowners into unnecessary roof replacements, using high-pressure tactics, and even encouraging reps to lie or mislead customers to close deals. This scummy approach creates a toxic environment where integrity takes a backseat to hitting quotas. Management, especially under the previous CEO lacked any real integrity – decisions seemed driven by personal gain, with extreme nepotism blocking growth for non-favorites and a focus on volume over quality or ethics.
