The money can be very good and the winters off is a plus

Cons

Very questionable business practice. They find every opportunity to steal your commission. At the end of the sales season if they do t think you sold enough they will not pay you your remaining commissions. It also takes almost six months to start receiving your commission checks. I had almost $10,000 in commission for jobs that were complete that I never received.

Pros

Premier Roofing is a very unique employer that provides rapid career advancement based on merit accompanied with extremely competitive pay. It is a true team environment where everyone is constantly striving to improve at what they do and build the company together. I never would have pictured myself working for a roofing company before I started at Premier, but now I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Premier is not a place for people who don't want to work hard and get ahead. Not somewhere to just punch a clock and collect a check.

Employee and customer first culture. Leadership from the top down is caring and compassionate. All my peers are top tier talent from a wide variety of backgrounds. The company has a large company standard with a small company feel.
