      Pros

      Process driven company with a high level of accountability. Significant support in your role (i.e. marketing materials, administrative personnel, etc).

      Cons

      Unwilling/hesitant to expand offerings which makes it difficult to sell. Owned by private equity which makes everyone and everything feel like it is a number

      Pros

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      SCE does not care about their employees. They make a LOT of changes to "help" make things better, but don't test it or get feedback from employees before the change. They do not have the changes all worked out before implementing them. Too many chiefs. Company is no longer a fun supportive place to work. Way too corporate.
