      Pros

      Great company to work for. They are always busy and have work that needs to be done. Play hard and work hard atmosphere. Love the culture that they have. I wouldn't work for anyone else than Premier

      The only downside is, it's slow during rain and winter. Of course you can't build during rain and snow and cold weather
