Pros

There is strong leadership here with a good sense of what it takes to build and maintain a profitable business. We have a great team because team members are hired who are a good match with the company culture. Our office has a fun, casual but professional atmosphere. Premier Roofing is truly, a great place to work. I am excited to see where the future takes our company and I am proud ad happy to be on board.

Cons

I am very much looking forward to a retirement plan option being put in place for the employees.
