Pros

serving senior citizens at Eden Heights of Eden

Cons

The executive director is rarely in the building. Wen she is she plays favorites. People have to work overtime and don't get paid. it seems like a good place to be from the outside but isn't once you get in. Do yourself a favor and get a job at McDonalds, you will get respect there.

Pros

I have worked here for over 1 year. I can tell you it is a truly wonderful Assisted Living and Memory Care residency. Excellent, caring staff, wonderful residents who love the food and fun at Seneca Lake Terrace. Minutes from Seneca Lake, downtown Geneva and wine trails!

Cons

there are always opportunities to improve. We work hard to train and learn to serve resident better.
