Pros

Premier Senior Living is a wonderful company to work for. Management listens to it's employees and makes changes when suggestions are made. Communities are resident satisfaction oriented. Staff are very dedicated!

Cons

Problems are handled swiftly as they arise.

Pros

Flexible hours, friendly co workers, understanding management. Depending on the department you are in, the day flies by and can be a lot of fun. Lot's of laughs thanks to some of the very fun residents.

Cons

High turnover in some departments which causes excessive work for the current employees.
