Don't Expect to be Treated Like a Human Being

Most of the management is so tied up in kissing corperate butt that they will not hesitate to throw you under the buss. If they don't like who you are as a person they will do anything and everything to pad your file in order to fire you, always keep your receipts. There was always at least one person in the department that would paint you as being on your phone all day if they happened to catch you answering a text, in my case always todo with the well being of my then newborn, or answering the question of a fellow employee because they somehow got my cell number. It is near impossible to move anywhere in the company if you haven't previously buttered up that hiring manager. Pay is not proportional to the job they want done.
