      Great compensation but declining work-life balance

      Compensation, CEU funds, time-off/paid holidays

      Cons

      Company is contracted through entities they serve as cost saving measure, but work to increase amount of services provided to ensure larger contracts over time. Initially, focused on work-life balance but this changed (decreased) over time.

      Management and upper management are incredibly unprofessional, toxic and lack integrity.
