      Pros

      Premise Health is a great company with a good workplace culture! They value their employees, offer good benefits and competitive pay. I also love that they care about DEI.

      Cons

      Hard to find any cons. The only thing I don’t love is the yearly review process, it can be a lot.

      Pros

      Employee benefits are the best! We have access to free healthcare including virtual visits, pharmacy discounts, PTO, fully remote work and the best work/family balance.

      Cons

      Premise is so different from the community healthcare systems. It has taken me a little bit to get my stride.

      Benefits and PTO were great People I worked with

      Cons

      Work/life balance was poor--mandatory weekends, PTO freeze if they were short staffed Management didn't care about anyone who wasn't in management Retaliatory practices by management if you wanted to change or suggest something
