      Horrible Management Not enough vacation and sick time vacation and sick time comes from the same pool Discontinuation of personal days

      Nurses are treated like numbers.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with a prestigious client. Opportunity to become specialized in occupational health. Peer coworkers are professional and dedicated.

      Cons

      Inadequate staffing. Mandatory overtime, unable to take time off because of staffing. Management communicates poorly or not at all, and often makes false promises to staff. No staff RN input into clinical practice. Health care benefits are poor. Unable to meet patient needs because of lack of staff.
