      Pros

      Set hours allows time to spend with family... no on- call or weekends is great.

      Cons

      Horrible health insurance program, only 3 to choose from, lower deductions, but coinsurance now higher along with prescription costs.

      So far so good, some major changes but otherwise it is pretty good

      Cons

      confusing on what website to use for different company processes. I feel like there is a different website for everything.
