      Collaborative environment, very team oriented. Fast paced.

      so much change going on in the recent history and not all the bugs are worked out.

      Slow like a snail

      Pros

      Great location with all the bells and whistle of a new building.

      Cons

      As an organization they are very slow to make changes. They claim to have a culture around innovation but are still practicing health care from the 90's. And speaking of culture there are 3 separate cultures - W Squared - CHS- and Walgreens Take Care. As an employee if you were able to pick the culture that best fit your work style that would be great but instead the bulk of the time is used as the CLASH OF THE CULTURES. If you are looking for a place where you can be tucked away in a corner and not be seen or heard this is the pace for you.

With so much recent change--and Premise Health only existing in its current iteration for less than two years--we are diligently working through these growing pains.       Working with some of the best in the industry Mature business processes that are vetted by teams Really great people on a personal level

      Cons

      A couple of bad managers that don't play by the rules but that's it Nothing else
