      Pros

      Mission is to help people get, stay and be well. Exciting to be a part of this growing organization that is making a positive impact in our communities through a health awareness and health improvement focus. A great group of people to work with who truly care for each other and the communities in which they serve. The company proactively focuses on building and maintaining a culture of engagement, which I greatly value.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to ensure our field team members are as much of a part of the Premise Health culture as they are the customer's culture.

      Chaos, confusion and losing credibility fast.

      Pros

      The parking lot is empty by 4:30. People encouraged to play ping pong and video games. HR is virtually absent so really zero accountability.

      Cons

      Seemingly endless amount of duplicative development projects all leading to solutions easily mastered already in the market by other vendors. Great new people leaving in droves and legacy staff remain producing nothing all day-no real reason to work here.

      Pros

      Before the CHS/TCH merger it was a great place to work. People were sincere, kind and forward thinking. Since the merger its all about the bottom line, the money not the client or their employees.

      Cons

      Small town minded leadership trying to be in the big corporate world. Now its all about the quantity not quality! Talented team members have been replaced with "friends" of the CEO, COO. Job security is about how well you appraise the upper management. Their cultural beliefs are all lip service.
