      The CEO has a strong belief in healthy culture; company has a strong mission and foot print in the industry. Dedication is evident from a large population of the company due to leadership, client engagement and middle management.

      Cons

      Some executive and management team members are unwilling to change, be flexible and are not open to strategic process changes.
