-Work life balance is about as good as it's going to get for health care -Clients and patients are very appreciative of the work you do -Pay is competitive but not the highest -Large client base which allows opportunities to move around if desired

Cons

-Lacks standardization -Training is site specific and can be insufficient if no one to properly train you

My coworkers are like my family and my manager is great. Very family oriented

Cons

The only con I have is that I wish we had a PRN/float that could fill in when time off is needed. I have leaving my coworkers with extra work.
