      Good work life balance, no on call

      Cons

      Doesn’t allow spouses on health insurance. You can’t make a move clinically without consulting a policy. They want you to work more with less support. No’s are expected to do the job of 4 people- phlebotomy, scheduling, secretary, medical assistant, if you do not have a medical assistant- plus your job while delivering exceptional care for Press Ganey scores.

      Pros

      Salary is not bad. Good vacation accumulation, but it is lost at the end of the calendar year since you won't be able to take it for various reasons.

      Cons

      Constant management turnover and most managers are not medically trained. Lots of secrets, false promises and outright lies. Zero managerial support.
