The environment there is very cliquish and the manager is very passive aggressive in her style and she tries to force you into situations that you don't necessarily want to participate in like if the office shuts down for lunch you know you're shunned if you don't want to sit at the table with everyone and you know and eat and it's it's a very slow environment you may only have like five patients a day and when you're not you know servicing patients they expect you to basically cold call patients to try to get them to come in and get their blood drawn and I'm like why should I have to call patients when I'm a lab tech you know isn't that what receptionist do schedule patients?
This particular office has a huge turnover rate and the time that I was there multiple doctors left and I found out that they had like seven phlebotomist that were there and left.
