Pros

Strong salesman at the helm. Very decent funding secured. Good location.

Cons

Seems like a majority of the team has turned over for one reason or another. Many people simply disappeared overnight. Never saw a raise authorized, even after a funding round, but did witness nepotic promotions. That's essentially a yearly paycut. Existence of a sociopathic inner circle. Large blindspots in terms of business tradeoffs made on the product team. Abrasive communication based on assumptions.

on occasion, paychecks were on time

Cons

No values, poor culture, no leadership or strategic direction. A lot of blame and deflection, zero accountability, complete disregard for laws and regulations, insulting work environment that promotes harassment and discrimination. This "boy's club" run by a handful of incompetents with no actual experience in the industry. No jobs here are secure, because they just use and abuse people while looking for cheaper labor elsewhere.
