Management is a complete joke. They constantly change expectations. They have come up with ridiculous Tech levels and give bonuses and raises to favorite people and not based on experience or pure job performance. Manager holds grudges and the CEO and wife is uncomfortable to be around. Whatever schedule you are told you will work when hired is constantly being changed. The company is supposed to be about preventative care and helping, but you will quickly learn it is more about profit. Human Resources is a joke. It is a skills killer for MRI Techs. New grads should not be working here if you want to gain skills. NO BENEFITS other than insurance.

Not sure how they even have sustainable business model at this point. The doctors are not happy that there’s no stability with the company and refuse send their patients back for an annual physical with the Prenuvo scan. Let’s be honest here, the whole company and the physician initiative is a giant contradiction. On one hand you have the company paying random influencers with zero medical background, broadcasting how their plant based diets cured their disease, and then telling their audience to get a Prenuvo scan because Physicians don’t listen them. On the other hand, you’re trying to tell physicians that the Prenuvo scan is going to supercharge their clinic and make it easier for them to diagnose problems. Also on the sales side - unrealistic sales goals that are not attainable - no support -indifferent management
