      Great place to start your career.

      Pros

      Both the team and management were very supportive and invested in my success. Access to online courses and training was provided. Mostly work from home with occasional travel to onsite locations. You get to work alongside talented and experienced engineers.

      Pros

      -You can kind of mold your own role since this is a company looking to grow and win more contracts, fast -You can move up in position faster than a normal, large firm because it is so small

      Cons

      -salary -most people work more than 40 hours/week, especially the BD team which has an incredibly fast burnout rate -PTO is a standard 2 weeks -CFO...you love or hate him -teleworking (as anybody except Executives) is not a thing...at all
