      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      Everyone from the CEO on down really cares about the employees and their families. They work hard behind the scenes to make sure everyone is taken care of. And they do what they can to keep the morale up and employees happy. They also have a lot of pride in their jobs and it shows.

      Cons

      I had a very unique situation where the clients requirement was not clearly understood and communicated before hiring. It led to a stressful situation for all. The company, however, jumped through hoops to make sure I and my family were taken care of. I will forever be thankful for everything that was done.

      management is hands-on but not micromanaging. The job is good and there is room for movement.

      Pros

      Young company with large potential upside, the company probably has a greater opportunity in the civilian market vice the defense business.

      Cons

      Trying to perform in multiple markets, on the defense side doesn't have much to sell, continually bidding opportunities for which they are not qualified
