      Great organization to work for that treats ALL employees with dignity and respect

      Pros

      Pro military - they support DoD's SkillBridge Internship Program by accepting separating service members as interns. A large percentage (more than 50%) of their employees are prior military. Their reputation is everything and they strive to live up to the high standards established by leadership. Truly compassionate about the well-being and job security of their employees as demonstrated by their benefits plan and regular interaction with Prescient Edge employees working at client sites. The company is a small business but operates like a much larger government contracting company due to Prescient Edge's investment in knowledgeable executives with years of experience in the industry, and cutting edge software that makes every aspect of the organization more efficient.
