Pros

Some very nice co-workers. Lots of opportunity for cross-functional collaboration. Decent commute.

Cons

Little appreciation from upper management for solid, cost-saving performance, problem-solving, or initiative. Low pay and a workload that you can never get in front of.

Pros

Relaxed working environment (for the most part), 8 -5 everyday. Very easy to balance family and work.

Cons

Although "Innovation" is part of the company's name, the POP industry is more concerned with cost (as in, the lowest cost possible) instead of innovation. Communication between departments can be less than ideal (multiple locations that house teams that need to work together, doesn't help).

Pros

Interesting product line and decent capabilities for custom POP display products. Decent pay. Incredible middle and upper middle management group, and great staff in most departments. Products are mostly very good quality. Excellent customer service leads to satisfied customers. Competitive, well known contender in their defined markets of beverage merchandising, with some good new Convenience Store products.

Cons

Pricing strategy preventing much needed growth into new markets. Overly dependent on top 3 customer groups for most sales leads to periodic sales slumps and resulting layoffs. Top guy holding company back by micromanaging direct reports, tries to minimize pay and bonuses to people bringing the business in even when earned, takes credit for all the positives and dodges responsibility for his screwups, pits departments against each other with conflicting goals/KPI's.
