      Pros

      PFi makes very good products and the manufacturing capabilities should make this a company very successful. The sales team (sales managers, project managers, and support) are excellent and provide great service for their customers. There is a good team in place and there is a lot of positives for this company's future.

      Cons

      There is too much bureaucracy and focus on paperwork. Basic issues and problems seem to take a long time to resolve.

      Little appreciation from upper management for solid, cost-saving performance, problem-solving, or initiative. Low pay and a workload that you can never get in front of.
